Why we came home
Built by people who needed this — and didn't have it.
Jarrod Jones and Lazeric Jones played college ball, then professional basketball — including time with the Sacramento Kings and overseas in Monaco. They trained in rooms with some of the best athletes in the world.
What they learned there changed how they see development: the gap between the athletes who make it and the ones who don't usually isn't talent. It's training infrastructure — the right coaching, the right system, early enough to matter.
Most kids in Northwest Indiana never get access to that. Jarrod and Lazeric didn't either, not early enough. So they came home to Merrillville to build it.
"We want to give the kids in NWI what we wished we had when we were their age — real development, real coaching, a real chance to make it."See What We Built
